We were correct. According to this site, as of 2:30 P.M. January 19, the prediction is that on Saturday, January 22 around 4:00 P.M. will be the exact time.
Our class predicted using a proportion last Friday that the 10 billionth app would be downloaded on Saturday, January 22 around midnight. Only 8 hours off.
